About

25,000 MIRACLES

is a collection of videos, each one talking about a miracle. You will need at least four minutes for a visit. However stay longer if you are so inclined and hear about more than one miracle. Miracle stories come in all shapes and sizes featuring Heavenly intervention angels, visions, the power of prayer, the various means of comforting an individual, and much more.

WE INTEND

We intend to continue to enlarge the collection of stories at 25,000 Miracles until we reach our initial goal of 25,000 (if the collecting of stories goes on long enough perhaps we'll have to change the name). Our collection will consist of true stories about miracles that you or I have been witness to, retold and video recorded for our visitors to listen to.

There are two ways you can help us achieve our goal. The first is to visit the site, listen to the stories, and encourage others to do the same. The second is to submit your miracle stories to us for retelling and recording. Submission guidelines are included below.

If we are successful in fulfilling our mission, we will increase the awareness of miracles, and hopefully have helped some through a rough time.

WHO AM I

My name is Ellie Braun-Haley and I am the administrator for this site. Fortunately for me, like millions of others, I have received a miracle. In fact, I have been blessed with a number of them and I have studied miracles for the past thirty years. In the first four years, with God's seal of approval, I recorded a huge number of stories and published a book. At the time of gathering and recording, I discovered how healing it is to listen to the stories as I was striving to regain harmony in my life following the death of my youngest child.

SUBMITTING A STORY

A miracle story for 25,000Miracles is a true story about you or someone in your family. Each story is a personal account that may be filled with emotion. Recreate your story telling us what happened using your own words. Remember we were not there so help us to see what happened. Write your story in the first person. Remember what happened so that in telling us the story, we may feel goose bumps, shed tears, feel gratitude along with you, or find ourselves laughing. It is not necessary to write a long story for it to be powerful or for it to impact the reader.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR YOUR STORY

1. Your story must be true.
2. It should be about yourself or someone close to you.
3. It should be written in the first person.
4. Keep your story to 550 words or less. Please note that any story that is 551 words or longer will NOT be considered.
5. You do not need an introduction about what you are going to say, the title of the website already tells people to expect a miracle story.
6. Get into the action of your story at the beginning. Speak from the heart. Draw in your reader more taking them to the "wow" moment.
7. The wow moment does not need a guide! Do not drag out the ending.
8. When submitting, you must include your contact information (true name of writer, email address, mailing address, and telephone). This information will be used by us for administrative purposes only. It will not be sold or given to anyone else.
9. Submit your story to ladymargaret@25000miracles.com and please only one story per email. You can send us as many stories as you wish as long as you send a separate email for each one.

Please remember that stories for 25,000Miracles are NOT:
1. Opportunities for sermons.
2. Similar to dear diary entries
3. Opportunities to talk specific religion
4. About politics or controversial issues.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I SUBMIT A STORY

Once we receive the story, it is read and evaluated. If it is chosen, it will be edited for clarity and then retold and recorded. Once recorded, it will be posted on our website for everyone to hear and see. We will endeavor to let you know when your story is posted but cannot, at this time, guarantee that we will be able to. It is best if you visit the website from time to time to check on your own.

Please be aware that we do not pay for stories submitted to us. By submitting your story to us, you are automatically granting us non-exclusive rights to retell and post your story one time. You retain all other rights and permissions as you are the owner of the story and, as such, still own the copyright.
